**I-601A, Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver**

The USCIS will start accepting Form I-601A, Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver on March 4, 2013. You may qualify for this waiver if you have a qualifying relative (parent or spouse) that is a United States citizen and your only ground of inadmissibility is unlawful presence.
